Ukrainian Universities now offer two intakes

*PREPARATORY FACULTY: Language training with Science/ Non-Science subjects. We are issuing ” Student Invitation Letters” for SEPTEMBER – NOVEMBER 2019-20 academic year now. The Invitation Letter is the major document if you are going to study in Ukraine. The invitation Letter looks as follows. It contains the applicant’s full name, passport number, date of birth, the course/ name, and the complete name of the University. Prospective students who are interested in joining Ukraine universities for SEPTEMBER – NOVEMBER 2019-20 academic year must send their documents’ scans to us now. We’ll issue and deliver the original of your Invitation letter from your choice or a recommended university by us within one week using DHL.

The company StudyinUkraine.com.UA is authorized by the Ministry of Education, Youth & Science of Ukraine to cooperate with all Universities of Ukraine and enroll students from all countries of the world.

Following are the basic steps to gain admission to universities of Ukraine:

NO need for EXAMS like TOEFL & IELTS

StudyinUkraine.com.UA requires scans of the following documents to prepare an invitation letter to study from a University:

  • Passport Data page (The travelling document)
  • School Leaving Certificate(Certificate of O level / A level / SSCE/ HSSCE / IGCSE / WAEC/ NECO) (Bachelor and Masters – if available)
  • Filled Application Form

Upfront Invitation & Courier Payments:

  • Bachelor levelInvitation letter:  200 $US, Courier Charges 100 $US, and Visa Support to Embassy of Ukraine 100 $US charges: Total: 400 $US
  • Master’s level Invitation letter: 250 $US, Courier Charges 100 $US, and Visa Support to Embassy of Ukraine 100 $UScharges: Total: 450 $US
  • PG Medicine & Ph.D. level Invitation letter: 325 $US, Courier Charges 100 $US, and Visa Support to Embassy of Ukraine 100 $UScharges: Total: 525 $US

Documents should be forwarded through the Online Application form or following Email;

The upfront payment is payable to our company bank account, or through by Western Union/MoneyGram. After receiving documents and confirmation of payment, we issue and send original Invitation Letter & visa support within 2-5 working days dispatch to your address mentioned in the application form.

After receiving the hard copy of Invitation Letter and Visa Confirmation, the candidate must contact the nearest Embassy of Ukraine and apply for Long-Term study visa (Type D) with the following documents:

  • Original Invitation letter received from Ukraine University
  • Original international passport (valid least one year)
  • Higher Secondary School certificate (For 1st year Bachelor Level students)
  • Bachelor Degree & transcripts (For Master’s Level students)
  • Master’s Degree & Transcripts (For PhD Level students)
  • Birth Certificate
  • Medical Certificate showing absence of AIDS/HIV
  • Medical Certificate showing Physical and Mental fitness
  • Sponsorship Letter from the Parents/Person who is going to bear the expenses for the student during stay/ studying in Ukraine. (It is not a condition for all Nationalities)
  • Bank Statement (Last 6 months movement in the account and with balance covering at least first year’s tuition fee and personal expenses)
  • 10 Passport size Photos

MAKE SURE FOLLOWING BEFORE LEAVING YOUR COUNTRY!!!

  • You bring you complete tuition fee package advised by com.UA
  • You must have some money for your personal keep up at least for a couple of months (300USD in enough)

IMPORTANT!!!

  • If you come in after October, make sure you wear warm clothes and shoes and bring them as well.
  • Bring all your documents returned from the Ukraine embassy with your visa, and do not forget them anywhere at your home or departure airport of your country.
  • You must bring one year’s valid air ticket with an open return date
  • Do not forget to inform com.UA team about your arrival at least 4-5 days prior to your arrival. Better if you scan your air ticket and visa so our representative welcomes you at Ukraine’s airport. Airport immigration in Ukraine can deport students just like that if nobody is present officially to pick the student.
